APPLICATION PROCESS

Selecting the right people to join Plymold is key to our future success as a manufacturer of commercial furniture and millwork solutions. With a unique organization structure where our employees are also owners, we recruit not just employees seeking a job, but also for potential owners who want a career.

As part of our selection process, we utilize an online applicant tracking system for which all applicants must register in order to be considered for a position. Please be prepared to complete the application by having available your work history, references, and any other information standard to the application process. Some applicants may elect to submit a cover letter or resume along with their application.

I’VE APPLIED, WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO HAPPEN NEXT?

Qualified candidates will be contacted within two weeks of their submission of their application. Any job offer extended is contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a drug test and background check. A pre-employment physical may also be required depending upon the position you are applying for.

CAN I APPLY IF A POSITION IS NOT POSTED?

We do not presently accept unsolicited resumes.

I HAVE APPLIED BUT DID NOT RECEEIVE AN OFFER, CAN I APPLY AGAIN?

Yes. Application referencing the position for which you are applying must be submitted for each new position you would like to be considered for. If you are a previous candidate who has recently applied and have gone through our interviewing process, we ask that you wait one year to reapply for the same position. If you are interested in another opportunity other than what you have applied for previously, you may reapply without the one year waiting period.

I HAVE SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION BUT HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We appreciate your interest in working for our Company and for this reason we review every application we receive. We select only those individuals whose work experience and qualifications match the requirements for the open position.
